Ich bin Adrian, geboren und aufgewachsen in Stuttgart. Ich tanze selbst seit 5 Jahren Breakdance und habe immer mehr eine Leidenschaft fürs Tanzen entwickelt.
Tanzen ermöglicht mir, den Alltag zu vergessen und Teil einer besonderen Community zu sein. In Stuttgart ist die Hip-Hop-Szene stark vertreten, auch deswegen gibt es viele Möglichkeiten gemeinsam zu trainieren und an sogenannten „Battles“ teilzunehmen – ein Wettbewerb in dem Tänzer gegeneinander antreten.
Vor ein paar Jahren durfte ich Teil eines Tanztheaterstücks – namens „Paradies“ – am Jungen Ensemble Stuttgart (JES) sein. Es war eine Chance einen Einblick in die Welt des Tanzens zu bekommen und auch andere Richtungen des Tanzens kennen zu lernen.
Derzeit absolviere ich ein freiwilliges soziales Jahr an der volkshochschule Stuttgart. Ich habe mich für das Engagement entschieden, da es nicht nur Bildung und soziale Dienste vereint, sondern auch mit dem Internationalen Stuttgarter Tanztheater-Festival (ISTTF) in Verbindung steht.

My name is Adrian and I was born and raised in Stuttgart. I have been dancing for more than 5 years, especially Breakdance. Over the years I developed a deep passion for dancing.
Dancing allows me to forget my surroundings and be a part of an awesome community. Stuttgart has a strong presence in the hip-hop scene, which is why there are numerous opportunities to train together and participate in so-called ‚Battles‘ – competitions where dancers compete against each other.
A few years ago, I had the privilege of being a part of a dance-theater production called ‚Paradies‘ at the Young Ensemble Stuttgart (JES). It was an opportunity to gain insight into the world of dance and explore various dance styles.
Currently, I am completing a voluntary social year at the Adult Education Center Stuttgart (volkshochschule Stuttgart). I chose this commitment because it combines education and social services, as well as being connected to the Internationales Stuttgarter Tanz-Theater-Festival (ISTTF).“
